Resumen

+8,000

Over 8,000 organizations registered to Flokzu to automate their processes in minutes and put recurring tasks on autopilot. Today, we want to celebrate this achievement and thank our global community for your trust in our solution.

A Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that started a little over 2 years ago at TechCrunch Disrupt, San Francisco, where we launched the beta. However, the idea behind Flokzu started long before that. Having more than 15 years of experience in the corporate BPM world, our team felt that there was still room to develop something new.

BPM has many advantages (automation, consistency, and transparency to name a few) but the solutions in the market aimed at larger corporations and governmental institutions, mainly because they required training, long periods of time to see practical results, and they were expensive.

Our dream…

All this led to imagine Flokzu, an initiative to make BPM more accessible and simple. We wanted to democratize the technology behind automation without the need for training, programming skills or complex installations. The challenge was to create a tool powerful enough to run complex business processes, but also make it easy to use and show practical results as soon as possible. That challenge continues till this day with every feature we add and every decision we make. And every time one of our users automates and runs a process in a few minutes, we feel that we are one step closer to achieving our goal.

8,000 registered organizations -plus those who keep registering day to day, show us that we were right. There was room for something new, and we’re proud to help SMEs and teams from all around the world, which use Flokzu to facilitate their daily work and be more efficient. The tool has evolved a lot in a short time, always under the same premise: to ensure an agile development methodology and prioritize requests from our clients that add value to all users.
